nothing is from the internet,on that whole thing, thats talent, i only spent like 10 mintutes, i should have spent more, i usually spend about 30 min - an hour sometimes up to 2 hours,
i hate how they always look better on photoshop

ill explain how i made it,
first i made my colors blue and black and did filter, render, clouds, then i did palette knife, its a tool. its how the background got the cutout look.
secound i did the boxes and pipes with the line tool, marquee tool and paint tool. i gave them effect of drop shadow, bevel and emboss, and texture overlay. it makes it look like it is real.
third i made the black bar at bottom with marquee tool and paint tool. to make it go diagonal you have to rotate image 40 degrees clockwise. then i made a graph with the line tool and copied and pasted it numberous times then made each one more transparent than the last.
forth i went to a different poster made clouds of blue and black, filter, underwater, then i got the pencil tool made light blue lines over the whole thing, pointing inward to give the illusion of depth.
fith i copied that whole thing and pasted it on the real one and set the transparency low so you could see each background
sixth i made the target with the lines tool and made the circles with circle marquee.
seventh i made the background of the empty box in the upper left i made a new file and on that took the brush with a black out line just moved it around. then i went to pattern maker changed the settings until i got what i wanted then i did a plastic wrap and then took a part from it and pasted it behind the box. the filters gave it the illusion it was a mettalic gooey liquid.
thats what i did, there is more to how you do the filters and the layers of the lines and boxes and the effects, best tip is try to not use the internet. for sigs unless you have a brillaint idea, if you use the internet thats when its to easy, challenge your self dont do interent do a over 200 step poster
